What is your best rate guarantee?

The Bolero Resort uses derived rate technologies, which push our rates to other third party sites, such as Booking.com.  Due to this, it is unlikely that a rate for our resort will be cheaper anywhere else.  Should you somehow find a cheaper rate for our resort for the same booking terms and criteria on another site, please call us directly at 609.522.6929 ext. 0 and someone will be happy to assist you in getting the best rate guaranteed.

Question 2

Does your facility have an elevator?

The resort is made up of two buildings; an 8 story hotel tower and a 3 story motel section.  The hotel tower is accessible by elevator, however, the motel is not.  Guests needing a first floor room in the motel section may request one, if available.  We cannot, however, guarantee first floor rooms.  If elevator access is required, please reserve a room in the hotel tower.

How old do you have to be to check-in?

Unless otherwise agreed to by management, all guests must be at least 25 years of age or older in order to check-in.  Guests under the age of 25 may check-in with a parent or legal guardian.

Question 4

What is your smoking policy?

Accepted Answer

The Bolero Resort abides by the "New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act", which prohibits smoking in indoor public places, such as guest rooms.  Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside of their rooms.
 
A person, after being so ordered, who smokes in violation of this act is subject to a fine of not less than $250 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense and $1,000 for each subsequent offense.

Can I use E-Cigarettes / Vapes?

No.  These devices fall under the same provisions as traditional cigarettes / cigars and are prohibited indoors, as they will set-off smoke alarms in the facility.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly facility.  As per ADA requirements, we do, however, accept service animals.

Can you mail me a brochure?

Accepted Answer

Our resort brochures are not as detailed as our website and do not present the most up-to-the-moment information. We recommend obtaining information about the resort on our website.  If, however, you would still like a brochure, please e-mail us at stay@boleroresort.com. Please be sure to include your name and mailing address.

Can I make or change a room reservation via e-mail?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not allow for reservations to be made by e-mail.  You are welcome to book on our website through the various "Book Now" links or contact our Reservations Department at 609.522.6929 ext. 0.

Is there free parking on site?

The Bolero Resort features two parking lots which offer one space per unit, valid from the date of check-in until 11:00am on the date of check-out.  Due to limitations in the quantity of parking spaces, we cannot allow more than one parking spot.  There are, however, paid parking lots within the direct vacinity of the facility.

How far are you from the Wildwoods Convention Center?

We are located approximately 10 blocks (0.7 miles) from the Wildwoods convention center.

How far are you from the beach and boardwalk?

We are located one block from the beach and boardwalk.

How far are you from Morey's Piers?

Accepted Answer

We are located one and a half blocks from Morey's Piers Mariner's Landing (the one with the giant ferris wheel).

Do you offer BBQ grills?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, our facility does not offer BBQ grills at this time.  We do, however, have an area where grilling is allowed should you want to bring a small grill with you.
