Friday & Saturday Reservations: Add $25 per night. All rates apply to advance reservations only. Rates do not apply to holidays, weekends or conventions. Tax is not included. All rates subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Cancellations: A two (2) night rental deposit is required to confirm reservations. Deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits are applied to the first and last day of reservation. In the event of a cancellation, 75% of your deposit will be refunded if notified at least 14 days prior to arrival date. There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to next season. No refunds for inclement weather. Misrepresentation voids reservation. Deposits are non-transferable. Balance due in full upon arrival. No personal checks accepted at Check-In.

Parking: One (1) parking space per unit, regardless of size or type of accommodation.
