Friday &
Saturday Reservations
- Add $25 per night. All rates
apply to advance reservations only. Rates do not
apply to holidays, weekends, or conventions. Tax is
not included. All rates subject to change without
notice.
Deposits & Cancellations
-
A two (2) night rental
deposit is required to confirm reservation. Deposit
must be received within 7 days of making your
reservation. This deposit is applied to the first
and last day of reservation. In the event of
cancellation, 75% of your deposit will be refunded
if notified at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or
No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to next season.
No refunds due to inclement weather.
Misrepresentation voids reservation. Deposits are
not transferable. Balance is due in full upon
arrival. No personal checks accepted at check-in.
Parking
- One parking space per unit, regardless of size or
type of the accommodation.
All confirmed
reservations will be
held until 6:00 pm, unless otherwise notified.
