Deposits are applied to the first and last day of reservation. In the event of a cancellation, 75% of your deposit will be refunded if notified at least 14 days prior to arrival date. There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to next season. No refunds for inclement weather. Misrepresentation voids reservation. Deposits are non-transferable. Balance due in full upon arrival. No personal checks accepted at Check-In.
